Information Eco Shield Collects

  • When you send an inspection request: your name, mobile number, district, property type, the pest or service you need and any message you write. We also record the language and address of the page you sent it from, and your device’s IP address to prevent spam.
  • When you call us, message us on WhatsApp or email us: your phone number or email address and what you tell us.
  • When you browse the website: technical information such as the pages you visit, your device and browser type and your approximate location, collected through cookies and Google Analytics.

We do not ask for payment card details, ID numbers or other sensitive information through the website. The website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

How we use it

  • To deliver the service you book and keep service records.

They process the information for us and under their own privacy terms.

We may also disclose information when the law in Saudi Arabia or a competent authority requires it.

We keep request and contact details for as long as we need them to reply to you, provide the service and keep service records, and for any longer period the law in Saudi Arabia requires. After that, we delete them or keep them in a form that no longer identifies you.
